THE DEVELOPMENT OF NOTATION AND CONCEPTS IN ALGEBRA
This module has been produced as a distance-learning package. It is intended that the student should read through the notes provided and use the reading list and other History of Mathematics Links to answer questions which appear at various points in the course.
When the first question has been completed and the assessment title formulated by the student both should be sent to:
University of Wolverhampton
If this arrives before the end of the Spring term, the tutor will then write back within a week to say whether the assessment title is suitable. If it arrives during the Easter break or in the Summer term this information will be given to the student at the next lecture. The assessment should then be sent to the above address or handed to the lecturer in time for the deadline as stated in the Module Guide.
