Paper Submission

 

You are invited to submit a paper to one of the Contacts shown.

 

Papers may be on any research topic in computer games not previously published.  Submit paper in A4 Word or Adobe pdf format (no smaller than 10-point font) including author(s), address, e-mail, keywords, abstract (200 words max), background,  development, diagrams, results, conclusions, references, author photo and short  biography.

 

Papers should be in one of the following categories:

Regular paper max. 5 pages

Extended Paper max. 8 pages

Short research student paper on work in progress 3-4 pages max.

Student Poster/demonstration: 1 page abstract for proceedings. 

The final decision on paper length will be made by the Organizing Committee.

Format:  Final paper format will be IEEE 2-column style.

File sizes of images should be kept small using compression (e.g. jpeg)

 

In case of multiple authors, one author should be identified as the corresponding author. Submissions must clearly indicate the affiliation, postal address, telephone number and email address of the corresponding author.

 

To guarantee quality, all papers are reviewed by at least two referees.  On acceptance, the paper should be prepared as a camera-ready  PDF version for the Proceedings.  The camera-ready copy of the papers, abstract page and completed copyright form must be received by the due date shown below. The final papers will be checked to ensure the suggestions of the referees have been incorporated. The Proceedings will be available in both paper and CD-ROM versions.

News

The paper deadline has been extended to 4th July 2005. Proceedings at the Conference will be on CD and the printed proceedings will be mailed post-confererence.

Authors are expected to register in advance of the conference and to attend the conference at their own expense to present the accepted papers. If registration and payment are not made, the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
