This fee includes the conference registration, continental breakfasts, breaks, reception, conference dinner and a printed copy of the Proceedings. A CD of the Proceedings will also be available at extra cost. The printed proceedings will be mailed post-conference. There is a reduced rate for students/ groups. REGISTRATION Deadline for author registration and payment of fees 13^th July 2005. Non-author attendees should preferably register in advance or bring a bank draft or cash to the registration desk at the Hotel. We regret that credit card payments can only be accepted by registration in advance of the conference.
